PROGUARD FR PREMIUM CARPET FILM
Proguard fire retardant Carpet Film is perfect for providing carpet protection, protecting them from spillages and debris during building, painting, DIY projects, house moves, parties and other events to help reduce clean up time. The adhesive backing adheres to most carpets and carpet tiles and ensures that the film stays securely in place, making it safer to use than traditional dust sheets and polythene. After use, the carpet protection can be peeled away without leaving any residue.
The carpet protection film rolls are forward wound meaning the adhesive side is on the inside which makes the rolls perfect for application with our Proguard Film Applicator or by hand. As the adhesive is on the inside it is not exposed to dirt.
This carpet film has the added benefit of being flame retardant and anti-slip due to its embossed finish.

Limitations:
Although this product has a high-level of slip resistance it may become slippery when wet. Mop up any spills immediately or replace where necessary.
This product is for application to carpets, DO NOT use on hard surfaces. Use Proguard Hard Surface Protection film.
Obviously, adhesion will be reduced on dusty surfaces. Vacuuming prior to use is recommended.
Proguard Carpet Protection Film should be removed after a maximum of 3 months.
Always check Proguard Carpet Protection Film is stuck firmly to carpets before commencing work.
Do not use underfloor heating whilst product is in situ.
On delicate carpets, we advise that you test on a small area first.
It is the users’ responsibility to determine suitability for use. If in doubt, contact technical services for advice.
Not for use on natural fibre carpets
Application:
Ensure surfaces to which Proguard Carpet Film is to be applied are clean sound, dust free and dry. Remove outer packaging from roll. Place roll on the floor facing the direction it is to be applied and unwind approx. 600mm of material. Ensure the roll is stuck by smoothing out by either hand or foot. Simply pull the roll towards you ensuring it goes in a straight line. Smooth out with hands or feet as it unwinds. A very effective way of laying Proguard Carpet Film is to push the roll along with a soft broom/brush using the brush to smooth out and remove air bubbles as it unwinds.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
